On What Grounds? is a locally owned coffee shop and breakfast stop in Berlin, Maryland. They are proud to feature Intelligentsia Coffee, roasted according to the highest standards and carefully prepared by their highly trained and experienced baristas.

In addition to high-quality coffee, they also offer a wide selection of specialty teas, amazing crepes, breakfast sandwiches, baked goods and pastries, house made chocolates (and whipped cream!), and a heaping handful of small-town charm.
